NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001949, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, whereinDEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2003-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2003-4 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM MARVIN, COVE TOWERS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, GABRIELLE A. MARVIN and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT 1103, NEVIS AT COVE TOWERS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3188, PAGE 2271, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
