NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0910421CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT B. BUCHANAN, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Unit No. 203, Building 13, Phase XIII, LAGUNA, a Condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of Laguna at Fiddler's Clerk, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 3911, page 3235, et. seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
