NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000741 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CWMBS, INC.,CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-9 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and GUSTAVO SANCHEZ; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAUL SAAD N/K/A RAUL SAAD are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
