notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 8, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-000634, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and, ABDIAS LOUIS; MARIE CHANTAL GILOT; 55TH TERRACE, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM at on October 24, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B OF 55TH TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4189, PAGE 690, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 48, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
