All the certain parcel of land situate in the County of Collier and the State of Florida, being known and designated as the East 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 36, Unit 64, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 7, Page 64, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
