NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 21, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-006118 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Rose Marie Reinerth, Individually And As Personal Representative of The Estate of Ronald Reinerth, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2403, BELIZE AT CAPE MARCO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3544, PAGE 460, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
