Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, and entered in 11-1167-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and PAUL ALVAREZ A/K/A PAUL J. ALVAREZ, MARIA ALVAREZ A/K/A MARIA E. ALVAREZ, VERONAWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WINDING CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, et.al. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on October 24 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1148, VERONAWALK PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
