NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 201 1, in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the first floor at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East,
Naples, FL 341 12-5324, at 11:00 a.m. on October 24, 2011, the following described property:
Unit No. C3-6, NAPLES BAY YACHT STOWAGE, a condominium, together with the pro rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of NAPLES BAY YACHT STOWAGE, a condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2682, at Page 0127, et seq., and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
