UNIT NO. 201, CHESAPEAKE MANOR I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECOD BOOK 297, AT PAGE(S) 539 THROUGH 575, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on 26 day of October, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
