NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003589, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DAVID BANASZAK, KAREN BANASZAK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., MARCO DRAINAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., TROPIC SCHOONER CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B IN BUILDING 23 OF TROPIC SCHOONER CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO, AS SO DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, AT PAGES 1567 THROUGH 1723, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
