NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009464, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ESTEBAN CRUZ A/K/A ESTEBAN B. CRUZ; GUADALUPE CRUZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 6, NAPLES MANOR UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
