NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case. No. 0909634CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of October, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF TRACT 88, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 193, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
