NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001946, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PAMELA WARE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the point of intersection of the North lot line of Lot 27, Naples Grove and Truck Company's Little Farms No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 27 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and the West right of way line of Shadowlawn Drive, which is 25 feet West of the East line of said Lot 27; thence South 89°38'42” West 187.53 feet along the North line of said Lot 27; thence South 00°21'18” East 11.67 feet to the point OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 00Ëš21'18” East 53.00 feet; thence North 89°38'42” East 95.00 feet parallel to the North line of said Lot 27; thence North 00°21'18 West 53.00; thence South 89Ëš38'42” West 95.00 feet parallel to the North line of said Lot 27 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
