NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2006-CA-007903-O DIV 34, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC is the Plaintiff and DAVID J. MILES A/K/A DAVID MILES, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR 123LOAN, LLC, KATHLEEN MILES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, SPRING VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 95, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
