Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 48 2009 CA 031793 O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-W1 is the Plaintiff, and Kamini Latchman, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 27, Block “E,” NORMANDY SHORES, FIRST SECTION, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book W, Page(s) 63, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
