Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed the 9th day of July, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-013804 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK atf CWMBS is the Plaintiff and DANA C. MERSON, TRUSTEE OF DANA C. MERSON TRUST DATED OCTOBER 22, 2003; FREDERICK E. MERSON; RENAISSANCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; USA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, FSB, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT B, BLOCK F OF RENAISSANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 18 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
