NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 26, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-022520 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein greenpoint mortgage funding, is the Plaintiff and bienvenido hernandez; leonidas hernandez; mortgage electronic registration systems incorporated as nominee for bank of america.; tenant #1 n/k/a niobe hernandez are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
