NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 26, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-070339 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders of cwalt 2004-02, is the Plaintiff and mark e. burlingham; debra burlingham; any and all unknown parties blaiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; bank of america, national association successor by merger to countrywide bank, a division of treasury bank, na; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
