NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 24, 2009 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-53860 (H) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER novastar mortgage funding trust, series 2006-4, Plaintiff, and CESAR BARAHONA, LLIANA MONZALVE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 18, block 66, unit 6, lehigh acres, replat of tract q, section 11, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 26, page 198, of the public records of lee county, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
