NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26 day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-001052 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which la scala at the colony condominium association, INC., is the Plaintiff and THERESA LARSON, a single woman, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE ONE OF THE SOUTH, INC., PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANTS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 26 day of October, 2011, the following described real propriety at set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 1102, La Scala at the Colony, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3971, Page 2430, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
