NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed September 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-050219 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Antonio Martinez Santana a/k/a Antonio Martinez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 2, in block A-2, OF TWELFTH STREET PARK, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, according to the map or plat thereof, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
