NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed September 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-ca-055875 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5, Plaintiff and Steven F. Grew are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 3086, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 62, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 21, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
