NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 26 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-50649, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans, inc is the Plaintiff and ANASTACIO MARINEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANDS INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA BAZAN, VICTORIA BAZAN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANASTACIO MARINEZ and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA WOLMART N/K/A JOSE WOLMART IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, OF SCHOOL VIEW HOMES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
