NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-52898, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, lp f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing lp is the Plaintiff and esther o. montero a/k/a esther montero, unknown spouse of esther o. montero a/k/a esther montero; jane doe; and john doe as unknown tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, block 146, unit 12, north 1/2 of section 27, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof in the office of the clerk of circuit court recorded in plat book 15 at page 76 of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
