NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-020872, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein first horizon home loans, a division of first tennessee bank, national association is the Plaintiff and jaycell j. morales a/k/a jaycell morales, john doe a/k/a julio de jesus, unknown spouse of jaycell j. morales a/k/a jaycell morales and unknown tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, block 32, unit 2, a replat of tract a, units 2 and 3, of the part of section 10 lying north of state road no. 82, township 45 south, range 26 east. lehigh acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 26, page 185, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
