NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-06891, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for the certificateholders, deutsche alt-a securities mortgage loan trust, mortgage pass-through certificates series 2006-ar6 is the Plaintiff and donald w. lindsey, first american investment corporation, a dissolved corporation, shannon r. lindsey and unknown tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTs 27, 28 and 29, block 5116, unit 80, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, pages 140 through 159, inclusive, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
