NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-060894, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee is the Plaintiff and karen a. walters, bank of america, n.a., forest village condominium associaton, inc., unknown spouse of karen a. walters, and unknown tenant(s) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 104 building no. 2, phase 1, forest village, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 1613, page 24, and any amendments thereto, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
