Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 12, 2011 in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described below as:
Legal Description for Loan 3 Property:
A tract or parcel of land lying in and adjacent to Lots 2 and 3, Block C of River's Edge Subdivision as shows on the plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 53, Lee County Records, which tract or parcel is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said Lot 3 and the Easterly line of U.S. Business 41 as described in parcel described in instrument recorded in Official Records Book 2347 at Page 794 of the Public Reecords of Lee County, Florida, run North 58 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds East for 261 feet, more or less to an intersection with the shoreline of the Caloosahtchee River as shown in said plat, thence continue North 58 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds East along the North line of said lot for 51 feet, more or less to the waters of said river, thence run Southerly and Southeasterly along said waters for 237 feet, more or less to an intersection with the Southerly line of the Northerly 79 feet of said Lot 2, thence run South 58 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds West along said Southerly line for 58 feet, more or less to said shoreline as shown on said plat, thence continue South 58 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds West for 128 feet, more or less to the intersection of said Easterly line of U.S. Business 41 as described in said instrument, thence run to the intersection of said Easterly line of U.S. Business 41 as described in said instrument, thence run North 31 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds West along said Easterly line for 179.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on October 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. eastern time at the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, 2nd Floor, Civil Office Lobby, Ft. Myers, FL 33901. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
