NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 28 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-067925, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RODOLFO J. RANO A/K/A RODOLFO JAIME RANO, WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSSOCIATION, JILL RANO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A tract or parcel of land lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); of Section 24, Township 43 South, Range 23 East, Lee County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence S 00 degrees 26'31” W., along the West boundary of said fraction of Section 167.61 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89 degrees 36'57” E., 358.21 feet; thence S 00 degrees 21'52” W., 167.44 feet; thence S 89 degrees 35'19” W., 358.44 feet to an intersection with the East right-of way line of Juanita Blvd., thence N 00 degrees 26'31” E., along said right- of-way line 167.61 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
