NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-52324, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC is the Plaintiff and KENNETH JOHNSON A/K/A KENNY JOHNSON; CLERK OF COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KELLY JOHNSON A/K/A KELLY THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY JOHNSON A/K/A KELLY THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH JOHNSON A/K/A KENNY JOHNSON; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 30, UNIT 3, SECTION 22, LEHIGH PARK, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 66. PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
