NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025128, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC is the Plaintiff and PENNY BEAN-WESTON; 2937 WINKLER AVE UNIT NUMBER 1202 LAND TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF DJW PROPERTIES, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC; VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PENNY M. BEAN-WESTON; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1202, BUILDING 12, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERKS FILE NUMBER 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
