NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 22 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-063845, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUAN AGUILAR A/K/A JUAN MENDIOLA, SR., A/K/A AGUILAR JUAN; ARCELIA AGUILAR; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, EAST GATE AT SAN CARLOS PINES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
THE STYLE OF THE CASE SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED AS ORIGINALLY FILED. SEE FLA.R.CIV.P 1.100 AND COMMENTS THERETO.
