NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-57227, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and STUART WELLS A/K/A STUART G. WELLS; PARKWAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JODI L. WELLS A/K/A JODI WELLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STUART WELLS A/K/A STUART G. WELLS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E201, PARKWAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED THE 27TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1984, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1748, PAGE 1738, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
