Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of LEE County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in LEE County, Florida described as:
lots 1, 2, and 3, block 52, unit no. 5, fort myers shores, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 16, pages 66 through 70, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 13802 Fourth St., Fort Myers, FL 33905, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on November 2, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
