Tract 8, Section 2, Township 46 South, Range 27 East, Commencing at the SE corner of Section 2, Township 46 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, a concrete monument; run N 00 Degrees 26' 10” W on the East boundary of Section 2, 2077.03 feet to an iron pipe; thence S 88 Degrees 22' 21' W 30 feet to an iron pipe; Continue S 88 Degrees 22' 21” W 900 feet to an iron pipe, the Point of Beginning; Continue S 88 Degrees 22' 21' W 239.58 feet to an iron pipe; thence S 00 Degrees 26' 10” E 951.78 feet to an iron pipe; continue S 00 Degrees 26' 10” E 30 feet to a point; thence N 84 Degrees 00' 41” E 239.61 feet to a point; thence N 00 Degrees 26' 10” W 30 feet to an iron pipe; continue N 00 Degrees 26' 10” W 930.83 feet to an iron pipe, The Point of Beginning.
