NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056613 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL ZAWACKI; INNA VASSER; SUNTRUST BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
