Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order filed September 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 11-CA-051716, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA MAE ALLEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 606, Vista Del Sol at Burnt Store Marina, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in official Records Book 3860, Page 4127, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM on the 31 day of October, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
