NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051095, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida.

FACEY A/K/A MELISSA A. FACEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISA A. FACEY A/K/A MELISSA A. FACEY N/K/A NORVILLE BROWN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 39, UNIT 7, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
