NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-061891, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and brent lewis a/k/a brent a. lewis; bank of america, n.a.; unknown spouse of brent lewis a/k/a brent a. lewis; unknown tenant (S); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the east 0.7' of lot 17 and the west 79.3' of lot 16, block 12, unit 2-a, cypress lake county club estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, page 52, public records of lee county, florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
