NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-023130, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and MARIA ELISA SANTIAGO; TROPIC TERRACE 1100/1200 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA ELISA SANTIAGO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 1109 OF TROPIC TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, UNITS 11 AND 12, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 322, PAGE 713, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
