NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-051670 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which FRANK P. IANNUZZI and BOND SCHNOOR, as Successor Co-Trustees of the JAMES L. MANN DECLARATION OF TRUST, dated November 7, 1995 is Plaintiff and Timothy K. Vercammen and Nancy J. Vercammen, HSBC Bank NEvada, National Association, and Unknown Tenant in Possession are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on October 31, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Address: 18320 Plumbago Court, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936
Legal Description: Lot 7, Block 3, TOWN LAKES, PHASE II, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 73, Pages 33 through 37, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 after the sale.
