NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30 day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No.11-CA-001415, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, LIONEL JULES and ISMENE JULES, Husband and wife, and CHURCH OF GOD OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD-L'EGLISE De DIEU DU BON BERGER, INC. are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 31 day of October, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot(s) 23 and 24, Block 29, Unit 8, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 48, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
