NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30 day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No.10-CA-060335, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, JAN HAVLIK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAN HAVLIK, NADIA SILBER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NADIA SILBER, AZIZ AL NASSER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AZIZ AL NASSER, STRAHINJA IVOSEVIC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STRAHINJA IVOSEVIC, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 31 day of October, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block D, Deans Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 24 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
