HEARL A/K/A THOMAS HEARL; PAULA K. HEARL A/K/A PAULA HEARL; TENANT #1 N/K/A TREVOR A HEARL are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 1459, UNIT 16, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 76 TO 88, AND PAGE 95, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
