NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36 2008 CA 020910 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-HE1, is the Plaintiff and JORGE L. RIVERA; LUZ H. RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT N. 1018, BUILDING 2929, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
