NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-009179 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3S, SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA MCKINLEY; JAMES MCKINLEY; LORETTA KIDDER; TENANT #1 N/K/A CYNTHIA MCKINLEY; TENANT #2 N/K/A JAMES MCKINLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
