NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-059064 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Corrine Wilson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 120 FEET OF LOT 16, LESS THE NORTH 200 FEET AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, TWIN BROOK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 2006, MAKE: DESTINY, VIN#: DISH01277A AND VIN#: DISHO1277B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
