NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051395, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN BROSNAN A/K/A JOHN J. BROSNAN, ELIAS BROTHERS GROUP, LEGENDS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., THORNBERRY I OF LEGENDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THORNBERRY OF LEGENDS COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 31 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204 OF BUILDING 2 OF THORNBERRY I OF LEGENDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4176, AT PAGE 1842 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
