NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 27 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2010 CA 052181, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JACKIE LYNN MILES A/K/A JACKIE L. MILES; BANK OF AMERICA NA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DALRON MILES; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The clerk of this court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 am on the 28 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BLOCK 4888 OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
