NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed September 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-060276, DIVISION: G of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK tRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURETRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff, and STEVE STANTON A/K/A STEVEN STANTON A/K/A STEVEN M STANTON, AMY STANTON A/K/A AMY R STANTON and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
